Practical
information
On
this page you will find tidbits of practical information - things you need to
know when you sign up for our CradleRock classes. If you have any questions
please feel free to call or mail us.
Class holidays
There will be no
Music and Art Classes on and between:
Classes will be held on minor holidays, such
as labor day, unless I tell you otherwise. It gives the working parents an
opportunity to participate in their child's music class. All are welcome!
Class size
The class size is 12 children or less.
Siblings
If your child has a sibling that is not
already enrolled in a class, we do charge an additional $15 per class for the
sibling to join.
Make
up classes
Make
up classes are offered when space is available. Keep in mind that make up
classes must be scheduled before the semester you registered for is finished.
There will no longer be an extra week of class added onto the semester starting
in the fall 2002.
Prorated and preview classes
Prorated classes are available - please call
us for details. You can preview a class at no charge before committing to an
entire semester. Previews are by appointment only depending on class size and
availability. An adult must be present who can make a decision on class
participation. Should you choose to sign up, you must pay the entire fee of the
class. Joining in the beginning of the semester you forfeit your free preview
class. If you join midway through, the preview class will not be counted towards
the prorated fee.
Payment
Accepted
payment are checks made payable to CradleRock Music, cash and credit
cards. Credit cards are accepted online (via this website) as well as per phone.
Refunds
No
refunds
are given. If you sign up for a class,
it is a binding contract. There is no guarantee of class size, except that
the class will be more than one person. Credits that are given to
individuals due to extenuating circumstances will be good for 4 months
only. This statute of limitations is applicable for all credits given,
except for gift certificates (which have no expiration). If for any reason
you cannot complete a class, you must contact Lara within the class time frame,
or you forfeit any credit that you may have received. There are no
exceptions.
Toys,
snacks and sickness
Toys
and snacks are discouraged due to distractions in the class room. Please do not
bring your child if they are sick.
